TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAMET'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kamet and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of another.
